LA Card Dude – Vendor Rules (Rev. 1.3 11/2/2025)
Setup & Breakdown
● Setup begins: 8:30 AM
● Ready by: 10:00 AM sharp
● Breakdown starts: 4:00 PM (No early breakdowns without permission)
Table Assignments
● Vendors choose their tables during the purchase stage—no moving or swapping after
purchase.
I can not Hold Tables, they are all 1st come 1st serve. To lock in your table for the next show, reserve it onsite at the previous show.
Cancellation Policy
● 14+ days before event: Full credit toward a future show
● Within 7 days: Full Credit minus $50 fee
● Within 3 days: No credit, you must sell to get your $ back. I will help you.
● Reselling your table: Allowed if you notify us at least 2 days in advance.
Email buyer’s company name to kurt@lacarddude.com for map update.
● Late/No-show: Must contact 310-422-1074 or kurt@lacarddude.com to avoid being
banned from future events.
Prohibited Items & Activities
● No fake merchandise
● No food or drink sales
● Indoor Vaping instant boot no warnings.
● Weapons or substances instant boot
● No loudspeakers or microphones without approval
Booth Setup
● Each vendor space includes:
○ 6ft x 2.5ft table
○ (2) chairs
○ White table linen
● Bring your own display cases
● You will have room to put shelves behind your table for things like sealed products.
● Tables cannot be moved or repositioned
● Displays must not block walkways, fire exits, or neighboring vendors
● Space for wall vendors 5ft, 7-8ft back to back.
Conduct & Behavior
● Treat everyone respectfully
Excessive Negativity gets you Booted and possibly suspended future shows.
● Family-friendly only: no swearing, arguing, or aggressive sales tactics
● Intimidation, bullying or sketchy behavior = immediate removal and possible ban
● One strike policy
Promotion & Media
● Shoutouts are handled by the Vendors. I will give you an post frame, you drop in your logo, tag/collaborate me and I will push it.
Theft, Loss, & Liability
● LA Card Dude is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property
● Keep valuables close—no insurance is provided
Load-In & Parking
● Details will be sent via Instagram Group Chat before the event
● Follow instructions—don’t block aisles or walkways
Pets
● Only service animals allowed inside
Branding & Booth Quality
● Keep your booth clean and professional
● Branded elements (banners, signs, table covers) are highly encouraged
Sales Are On You
● Selling is an improvable skill.
● We bring the traffic—you drive the sales
● No refunds for low sales.
● Your setup, energy, and engagement make the difference. Make your inventory, good posture and happy face visible from a distance.

Final Notes
● Staff may remove or ban vendors for rule violations, unsafe setups, or disruptive
behavior
